Is it really free? Can I spend or win real money?
Yes, it’s free. Morocco by Locals is a social games site: there are no deposits, no withdrawals, no purchases and no prizes of money or real-world value. Credits in the games are virtual.
Do I need an account to play?
Yes. You can browse the games freely, but you need to sign in (or create a free account) to open one. Sign up with email, or use “Continue with Google”.
A game won’t load or looks cut off. What can I try?
Use the “Reload game” button above the game, then try “Full screen”. Make sure your browser is up to date, that you aren’t blocking the page’s content, and try again on a stronger connection. If it still fails, send us the game name, your device and browser through the form.
Where are my credits? They’ve reset.
Credits belong to each game and are virtual with no value. If a game stores its balance in your browser, clearing site data or using a private window can reset it. We can’t restore virtual credits.
How do I reset my password?
Go to the forgot password page, enter your email, and follow the link we send. If you signed up with Google, there’s no password: just use “Continue with Google”.
How do I delete my account?
Sign in, open My account and use “Delete my account”. It removes your account details from our server straight away. You can also ask us through the form.
